lol, that makes me question a few things... i downloaded quite a lot of mods and i wasnt using any of them

in modded games, she's next to the entrance to the mines, on the left hand side (the dungeon guard dude is on the right)

if you go and talk to the kelly the modder NPC, it will show up as a loadable location
