I've got a crash when I opened it only with Gigastructure Engineering & More(3.1).Could anyone tell me if there is a conflict?

Done Fallen Empires Expanded 3 aka ‧ 3.3.* beta (if you can't wait). Thanks TwoBitSprite for assistance in continuing this mod and Scarecrow giving me a go. There is still some work to be done, if you are able feel free to join the mod project.

That mod was awesome as it's so repetitive to always have the same FE all the time... I use it first ion the modlist and seems to work in conjuntion with Zofe for the most part

it does for the most part i still use it, although from my experience at least, human fallen empires never spawn and the hive mind FE never wakes up unless its attacked of course.
and if you use any of the ethic + civic mods out there you will get a bunch of nameless 'despicable neutrals' FEs pop up. but thats not this mods fault just thought id mention it

i had an issue where the puppet state had no name or ethos and only 1 civic. its parent FE was fine though. had to manually console into and assign it a government type and civics through 'reform government' any ideas what causing it. i thought i dealt with the issue present in 'Expanded ethics and civics redux' mod where they changed the rules around authorities

Hello there! I have a problem: Every time the Terran Coalition spawns in my galaxy and i've never seen Sol Imperium yet. What is the main reason of this problem and how can i fix this? Thank u

i just remember that one game i had with the mod before it got outdates, the hive boi spawned near me and i was all "bro! look at this world is so huge" to my friend, skip ahead to late game they awakened and i started to internally scream when i realized it was a devouring swarm coming closer and closer lmao

Hi. Does this mod effect the chance of a war in heaven? I've just bought the Leviathans mod and wondering if this will make any difference to the war in heaven spawning.

(As a by the way, I love this mod, used it a few times, just didn't have Leviathans installed at the time.)

I actually think CoM should be able to spawn with the human FE, as it actually makes much more sense than with the UNE as their respective origin nation, since it would take a vast amount of time to build up a society from absolute scratch, im talking 500 - 1000 years, by then Earth would have probably faded into legend or myth, which lore wise would make it even better when you discovered the human FE. I'm not sure how it would work, but I'm sure there is a way to make it possible.

Hello everyone. I have some exciting news, of a much more positive tone than my previous post. Paradox have actually hired me, the mad lads. Having a stable job will mean that I have more time on my hands to work on these projects, and the general improvement in my mood provides additional motivation. Don't expect an imminent update - I will most likely push something after Nemesis releases. I'm back baby!

I sincerely apologise for my absence these last few months, Covid-19 has effectively stalled my entire life. I became unemployed as a result of the lockdown and had to seek a job to simply keep going - because of the economic environment right now, the only job I could get was a minimum-wage service gig and as a result, I have to work many more hours than I used to in order to make the same money. I have also been attending a funeral at least once a month since February - coronavirus has claimed two generations of my family. I am not fishing for sympathy here, I merely want to impress that although I have been absent for long periods of time before, 2020 has been a serious kick in the nuts to getting any work done on my projects at all. I want to thank Camdalf for keeping things going as long as they did without any input from me - they have been absolutely amazing and we should all be grateful for their efforts.

_hunter_ if i had to guess one reason might be DLC related. Necropolis sounds like its linked to the latest necron DLC release, and second reason might be unique system for FEs only because they might give a starting faction way too many advantages

@thepoweredminers - if your using Ethics and Civics Alternative 2.8 they added conditions for being imperial government which is what all FEs are except hive minds, you have to have authoritarian / fanatical authoritarian ethic which FEs dont have by default.

thepoweredminers The authors of this mod are no longer updating it due to problems in real life so unless someone is willing to take over the mod on steam workshop there will be no updates. I have my own edited copy that I use but I know nothing about how to do a mod on steam and I don't understand what many things in the mods do. I can monkey see monkey do a few fixes. The mod works for me but I am very very careful on making sure to remove conflicts between this mod and others like starnet_ai and ariphaos_unofficial_patch and fallen_empire_awakening_tweaks. They often over write each others stuff.

For the most part it should work with 2.8. There were only a few things changed including 1) game version number 2) The game start event for some origin_necrophage stuff and 3) 00_fallen_empire.txt file for fallen_empire_hivemind needs a new entry below class = SWARM called namelist = Hivemind_FE

I have used the mod for quite a long time das to hear the harsh impact of covid-19 on your life u have done awesome work and i wish u well. i would also like to know if the mod is still working or if paradox has broken too much of the old stuff with updates again?

To make the mod work with 1.27 you need to make a couple small changers. You should be able to go to Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\1534545104 and make two simple changes:

1) in the common\ planet classes\ FEE_planet_classes.txt file you need to add on line 37 district_set = hive_world and on line 66 district_set = ring_world.

2) In the mod/descriptor file to change 2.6 to 2.7.

Both fairly easy to do. Just make sure to remember what you changed because at some point the game may verify the files and change things back.

Paradox made some changes to the game start event but I think the existing one in the mod should still work.

I have no interest in supporting a mod and have no idea how to upload things to steam. Sorry.

The authors have said on the Stellaris Modding Den discord that have to hand the mod off to someone else. Until that happens it's probably not going to be updated again any time soon.

Anyone interested should get on the Discord and offer to do so.
