The good thing about your mod compared to the equivalent 'Stuff Filter' mod is that you don't add your filter tool at the top right of the panel. And that's a good thing because the almost mandatory mod 'Rimworld search agency' uses this spot for its filter box.
I don't get any errors with the mod when I change my language to spanish, you don't have to delete anything.
If you want another language, look in your Steam folder under "steamapps\workshop\content\294100\1534850122\Languages". I included a template folder which contains the xml files; you'll have to replace every "<!-- Translation -->" with the corresponding translated text. Upload somewhere and I'll include it
