If by knockback you mean shooting others to send them flying, you've got an add-on disabling that. I can't do anything about it.
Many weapons got their special abilities and modes, and many more got polish and fixes.
There's too many changes to fit in the description - please check the latest change notes in the add-on!
As for if it'll work for you or not, I'm not sure. You'll have to try it and see.

If you upload it to the workshop, upload the file with its visibility set to "Unlisted" so other players can't find it. You can still use it with WorkshopDL.

I can't do anything about this, it's a hardcoded limit in gmod
the gungnir has a strange behaviour.
by pressing reload to transform it, then switching away from it and then back to it, it does not reverse the changes made to its statistics, despite being reverted to original form.

We will continue support TFA CS:O using copy of TFA Base from GitLab.

Until this is resolved somehow, TFA CS:O will be unusable. I'm really sorry for everyone that uses these weapons, but there's nothing I can do about it.
