This is the best version i have found on Workshop so far.
The scripts almost makes this more fun to play than the real life version!

One bug we seem to have found is with the Village idiot, If you switch to the left it actually goes to the right and vice versa.

Its criminal this isn't rated yet.

Would love if the author added Daybreak to the mix

Hi, wanted you know that your mod has been added to my collection: Board Game Geek - BGG - May 2020 - Best Mod for each of the Top 500 Rated Games. Collection here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2086043930

The collection used this priority system:

1. Mod's Files Availability: Mod with all/most files still available for download
2. Feature completeness: Mod with greatest inclusion of expansions and/or promos available for the board game title
2. Scripting: Mod with scripting that most reduces work in setup/play for players
3. Component Quality: Mod with the best visuals/usability in terms of component quality
4. Table Setup/Ambiance: Mod with the best immersion with table, background, and other modeling.

Please also note that a mod that makes selection for this list very well could be one in which the mod author borrowed the majority of assets from another workshop listing, so full thanks to all who worked on a mod.

Thanks for your hard work!

Awesome script. however me and my friends found out a bug with the Drunk. When he switches his card with one from the middle, the card in the middle is revealed. Normally it wouldn't be a problem, because he'd see the drunk role there, as he switched it. However if his role was changed by a troublemaker/robber before this, he can see that there is another card there instead of drunk. This gives gives him info he should not have access to. In our game it happened for him to know that his role was switched to werewolf, and then he changed it with something from the middle pile.

Any idea when the rest of the roles will be added to the game?

I checked the rules. The rules do not give a specific amount of time, so the time I used was the default time provided by the app. I do have plans on adding the ability to select the time before the game starts, but for now, you can simply change the time on the clock in the middle of the table. The voting happens when that hits zero, so you can change it in game. I will likely add a game options selection when I am finished adding the Daybreak roles, which should be very soon. Thank you for everyone who has downloaded and found interest in the mod.

Would it be possible to make the other expansions in this with the script? Ill gladly help make it to split the work

As someone who has read the official rules (and talked with other players), the offical rules say 10 minutes ;p

Thanks for your consideration, this is the best mod of the game I've seen yet! Looking forward to the updates!

As someone who has been playing the game for a while in real life, I can guarantee you that five minutes is standard. I will consider setting up custom timer times. I will consider moving some of the UI around. I will play around with the UI a little next time I have time.

The UI elements are way too oversized. Can it be smaller?
adran06 7 Nov, 2018 @ 4:09pm
Specific problem UI: The Make a Claim button is right over the Night Order, which conceals very important information. The UI for choosing roles at the very start makes it impossible to interact with some of the menu options if you have to make changes before starting the game. The Player Vote UI is kind of obscurely placed and I didn't notice it til someone else mentioned there even was one. Also, the timer is still set to 5 minutes instead of the 10 it should be.

Personally I don't think the tokens need to be there, basically for the exact reasons you said, but apparently some people like them *shrug*

I couldn't find a way to minimize the UI. Maybe I simply missed it. That said, I don't have a group, I just played with random people from the global chat.

Alright, let's go through all of this:
Which UIs do you think make the game harder to play? Most of the bigger UIs can already be minimized.
I'll think about adding in a random mode, but my current goal in the game is to begin adding the Daybreak roles.
I recommend using drawing to try to add a physical part to the game. If you think that your group would prefer having the tokens, you can easily add them to the game. I added the claim system because I thought that the tokens were ugly and annoying to deal with. I'll test around with adding them in, but I think that they just simply add more confusion and cause people to constantly mess around with them.

Some feedback: The UI currently gets in the way of seeing the Night Order after it has resolved when people are discussing who did what. This is not ideal, and I'd recommend fixing that at least. The players I played with kind of wanted to have the standees from the other version of the game so they had something "physical" to play around with and move to mark who was supposedly what, so maybe adding them in for those who want them could be a thing (this leaves the "Claim" as what people say they are, but the standees would be what people think they actually are). Also, currently the timer sets to 5 minutes, but the real game uses 10 minutes. Might want to fix that.

Also, because I keep posting my comment then immediately thinking of something else to add, maybe an option to randomize roles? I personally like to occasionally play what I call "Random One Night Werewolf", where I'd have the rolls selected at random (though with as even a distribution of types of roles as possible). If you're interested in incorporating it, I could share the rules for this with you.

One thing I have noticed is because of the UI, using the menues is a bit hard. Could you add an option to minimize temproarily the UI to get it out of the way?
adran06 31 Oct, 2018 @ 2:28pm
Awesome. Glad to hear it. I haven't had a chance to play with this yet in a full game, but it already looks pretty sweet.
Hi Suicidal, I'm Dad  [author] 26 Oct, 2018 @ 1:08pm
Yes, I plan to put in the expansions
adran06 25 Oct, 2018 @ 3:54am
Do you actually plan to include the expansions?
Harriboo 18 Oct, 2018 @ 12:01am
