I'm amazed this hasn't been added yet. It's one of the best ideas for a soldier hat yet it's been overlooked for truly awful shit like the panisher or the idiot bell.

The Big T.R. would be proud. "He who has planted will preserve" is the Roosevelt Coat of Arms Motto. But to the soldier, his ideals are almost the exact opposite. "He who I have exploded will be buried" or something along those lines.
