now I've never stated this with any mod like this but there is a problem with this mod you see the combine would not know world war 2 had even happened I mean of course they would to an extent due to the fact they likely when ally or take over a species probably look into there history possibly to find out weaknesses in there past prior to being taken over by them like maybe the idea of turning humans if not compliant or resist into stalkers or rather mindless SLAVES from history of humans doing that exact thing just without the mindless part since we know that other species they take over modify them instead for there war efforts against enemies although we still don't know if some of those modifications that make them better for military purpose so naming a type of solder off of something like that wouldn't make sense now I am aware that this is just a mod or rather an idea but still it wouldn't make sense
