Set the Main Engines throttle at 0.70 and use the starter

Yeah, since last update the heavy rotors seems to not do enough lift anymore, after some tests, i made a bug report. I'll wait for the next fix, and we'll see how it react.

either im stupid or your craft is broken. All i can do is roll around. Everything is maxed out and i can go anywhere

Set the 'Main engines Throttle' to 0.7 and push 'Main Engines Starter' for a couple of seconds, both controls are on the right above you when you're in the captain seat. :)
