First of all, for reinstalling follow the steps of my clean install guide.
Second, for installing mods use only the Custom Workshop Installer.
Can only imagine one reason this isn't working for you: you installed the "Bunch of Fixes & Improvements" mod after this, or some other engine rpks replacing mod.
Also you don't need both engine swaps and engine swaps+ mods, choose one of them.

i was trying to use the SLRR editor but it didnt work on Nonus, but thanks to this i have finally actually working version of Nonus DTM which had this bit of an broken V8

This mod contains edited files of stock engines, so it has no effect on modded ones.

Just subscribe, wait for Steam to download it and then install it with workshop installer. I recommend using the Custom Workshop Installer.

I suggest to do a clean game install first and just always use my Custom Workshop Installer, it will save you a lot of trouble.

The mod isnt working for me, I used the standart installer it says that the mod is installed but there is no 1541923621 in the workshop_uninstall. There are no symbols at the engine blocks

Already answered that earlier. This mod contains modified engine files so they work with all cars, including DLC cars. SLRReditor editor modifies car files, so you have to edit every car, also using it on Emer Nonus breaks it and as DLC cars can't be modified yet it breaks them too.

To check if the mod was installed go to the game dir, then "worshop_uninstall" and search if there is file "1541923621"

So what exactly is the problem? With this mod you just buy i6 (or any other) and put it the car as usual, and maybe adjust the position of the block.

No, it is not the same. SLRREditor modifies the car files, means you have to do it for every car, and also it will not work with DLC cars as they can not be modified.
This mod modifies the engine files.
