you heve to purchase the house.....go to inventory......read the deen and they keys are turned over to house in pines....paid for hope....but couldn't get keys or the deed....what's with the black hand prints on the letters?

how do i buy whitrun manor on the hill in 1.5 it says i need keys but hugh dont show it in his list for buying property

great idea, hope you keep going with it. buying in on land and inv estments adds a great oppertunity. maybe become a jarl change the way people respond to you in whiterun. big posibilitys with this one. keep going

Your mod have a small problem, only for those they are not english..., your mod rename most of the weapon and some other stuff of the game they have nothing to view whit your mod..., they translate in english, i have seaching two days to be able to find it's your mod they translate it, exemple, sword, bows and other stuff..., i have not reached whiterun, so, i have not tested your mod, i don't make any comment on it, but i think for the english people it's seem to be a very good mod, bank and all it's a good idea to give to the player the chance to have a non combative work and live like a normal civilians...

easy way to fix the key glitch: open up your console then click the door and type unlock. there you go not hard at all

Couple things...the fast Travel lands you inside the basement of the house. Also, bought House of Hope and Pines House, got keys to neither of them. Purchased transport, mills, farms and wine, only got one payment from the wine. Also purchased Tax Collector title, received no gold from that. My hope is that this is a WIP mod, and you will fix these things?

why do I have the funny feeling of suscibing to this mod so i see if I can steal the deeds and the keys? That and shouldent the store be in whiterun hold?

Ach, what a pity. The Whiterun manor can´t be opened. Hugh takes the money and gives the owners document, but the key is missing. Can you fix this?

Any chance you can add a bank teller that will take your cash and store it, giving interest on it regularly? A mod that did that was one of my favorite mods in Oblivion.

well, i like the idea. but i've done a little bit of calculating, even with the cheaper prices most of the things are profitable after day 100+
it is still too long i think.. or did i miss something?
