It took me some time to find out why it's not working, maybe it can help others as well. :)
Just did not know how to alter mods in cities skylines in general. In most other games one has to dig through some .lua files or similar stuff

If you'd like a larger assets around the size of the largest warehouse in this style, that's something I can do and have considered. It will ofc be less flexible as it's a fixed size unlike these modular bits, but I imagine it can have it's uses.
