I think this needs class specific differences.

- Scout's hat says 'Wizard' on it
- Soldier's has military-rank patches (he promoted himself to general wizard)
- Pyro's looks scorched
- Demoman's has a tiny sticky bomb hanging from the end
- Heavy's has a bit taken out of it
- Engineer's has a gear on the strap-part (I don't know what it's called)
- Medic's has a bird skull on the strap
- Spy's has a mask of a gibus
- Sniper's has a hole in it
