Go into the mods config folder. Create a new text file there called: ISL_Settings.ini
Place your additional ealert commands there, as the defaults file is for use only by MCM and will not read any additional ones placed within it.
found "eAlert_ItemReceivedProvingGround" in launch logs
put it in the config under SkipInfoPopups, +InfoPopupsToSkip="eAlert_ItemReceivedProvingGround"
still get the alert in geoscape
So disabling the "Skip Popup" option, until the end of the tutorial, fixed it, I would guess that the same goes for the class cut scenes.
Anyways, don't get me wrong, this mod is amazing, just for the skip Avatar camera pan alone.

Works fine for me too, have a read of what I posted in June and the links I posted back in March.
I try to avoid it when I can, but sometimes I forget and then I have to start all over from the last autosave :-(
Not sure if it's your problem but there's this warning for "WotC: robojumper's Squad Select":
Known Issues:
Armory Screens reachable from the Squad Select Screen have a Hotlink to Geoscape. DO NOT CLICK IT. IT CAN CAUSE THE GAME TO LOCK UP FROM AVENGER DEFENSE. This is something I can't easily fix.
The same applies to a Training Center button. It is not supposed to appear.
when I go back from the hologlobe to the Avenger, the game seems to hang.
There's music and everything, but there's no menu or buttons to click.
I assume this is the softlock others describe below.
One thing: this happens only when I go the hologlobe directly from the armoury, after making changes to the equipment and then I click the arrow to go to the Avenger.
Does it help tracking down the problem?

Not getting that myself, have you tried the basic Mod Troubleshooting advice?
That recommends the excellent Community Mod Launcher [github.com], which everyone who uses mods should be using.

If you've just switched from the Firaxis Launcher, or are forced to use it, read the "Mods not activating/deactivating properly in WOTC" section of Mod not working? Mods still have their effects after you disable them?

As long as it's optional (which seems to be your philosophy) then that's cool with me. Personally I like to keep the confirmations and most notifications, I'm terrified of mis-clicking or otherwise missing something.
For the Skyranger loop issue, can you reproduce it reliably with a specific save? If so, it'd be great to have that to troubleshoot.
Try this: Turn on the Debug Logging option in the settings, and forget about it for a bit. When the issue occurs, paste the last lines in your logfile at a text hosting site like Pastebin or Hastebin and reply with the URL. That'll help me narrow the scope of the problem.
