Love your work. First came across your work in the rescue competition on Mr N Jersey's YouTube.

Is there an update to this sub or similar?

I'd like to see more of youre tiny subs in ADV mode, youre smallest one, I tried making it ADV and I kinda succeeded, just it hasnt got much battery and is a little changed up in general, but it works :D

I mean have the sub plus generator in the same build, just have the generator connected (via power veiw) and separate from the sub

Well the next generation of ship will all have a power cable so yes, it could be done. But considering how short the battery last I think I will still include a generator on my next sub.

(Yes, I will do another one to profit from the microchip introduced in last big patch)

it do have a generator, but it do not work underwater.

why cant you build a gaint tank with a docking arm for this sub or a tank for fuel for a generator to so you can refill that untill well all the fuel is gone

Yeah. I tried without gearbox and with more engine but result is weak and drain batteries in less than a minutes.

I would prefer not having pump on by default. Because say someone dive the sub and decide to go out he may leave it on and drain the battery. Better to leave it of, that way everyone will be concious of its status.
