I wonder if Spirit even has access to their account anymore. Fwik the last time they did anything was update a mod in 2020.

mod breaks the skybox, i wish the dev would let some people improve the mod as i like it a lot, but with the mod breaking every skybox in my game, and the enemies always just spawning 5 feet behind you instead of a random spot, it leaves me wanting more. i have high hopes for the potential of this mod though! whether the mod author comes back, gives someone permission to update it, or someone makes a similar mod to fill the whole this mod being left in the dust left.

Yeah, this addon messed with my skyboxes. It took me so long to figure out why it's always the same one on every map

With npc threat activated, npcs can spawn very close (or almost on your side)
And I would very much like to be able to spawn a normal combine too, or other npcs I have as addon

But the last update was in 2016, so this should be almost impossible :steamsad:

Didn't know where to say this, but an interesting addition to the special effects would be the emission from STALKER. It would hopefully be easy to replicate, but it'd be fun to have included.

@littlebro The model? Sure, I've seen it done a couple of times. But the weapon...That's gonna have to mean that the creator would have to either turn it into a SNPC with it set as it's default, or just making that Horror Game Buster Sword Equivalent into a actual weapon that both NPCs AND Players can use.

When I spawn NPC threats, they all get stuck together and I have to seperate them myself.

No, but you can create fog yourself with the vanilla post-processing objects found in the post-processing tab since Gmod13.

That issue I'm reading appears to be a particle overflow. Chances are, it's only happening due to the complexity of the level.

Just tested the Silent Hill mode with plenty of props lying around. You must have installed some addons that conflicts with the silent hill mode.

Subscribed because of SH-mode - liked the idea and performance. Tried on rp_silenthill - working good, atmospheric, though it's too foggy :)
Especially good looking on gm_ravenholm... BUT, while playing on this map, found one bug: in one moment all props and npc's (including Pyramidhead) became invisible. They were still on their positions, I still could interact with them (kill/ carry with my physgun/ etc.), but I couldn't see them, only their shadows. Dunno what caused it, I found only one way to fix it - restart the map, but if you start SH-mode again, so everything again will be invisible.
Will test it on other maps in order to see, if bug related to this map, addon, or something else.

The Zombine and zombies apear as errors 4 me. Maybe you could have a model fallback/replacment to fix this bug?

Also maybe in a future update could you give pyramid head his giant blade and make him drag it and run after you and he swings it after you and 1 hit kills anything he hits with it.
