No, AI wont build any of the stand alone ships. I'll instead post a mod later on like a "Merger of rules - Ship Ownership Limit" but for all of my stand alone ships as well as ncs and some other mods that add new ships for that, in that way, AI will build it only if you got that patch and will be compatible with or without nsc or some of the stand alone ship or some mod that adds new shipclass.
-added missing codes and fix some minor errors due to the 3.3- codes.
-Removed Empire limit, Build as much as you want from now on. (This is due to 3.4 code changes, either i make my mod incompatible with alot of mods as the file now that handles empire limits is different than ship_size, or remove it completely to make my mod compatible to almost every mod out there.)
I found a graphic bug in the Venator Class Hull.
When equipping Space Torpedoes a turret appears floating alone in full space, very aft of the spacecraft.
This bug did not appear to me with Nuclear Missiles, only with Space Torpedoes. I have not tested with other devices in this slot.
Resized all model to partially make them proportional to Mega-Class Star Dreadnought, ISD, and Executor Class Star Dreadnought (still not on workshop.)
Janson: Terran and Astro are Fleet carriers, The rest are normal carriers that can be unlucked with the tech Cruisers.
For people who likes to use the Astro CV and lags with the current changes, an old mesh backup is included on the folder "Astro_CV\OLD_BACKUPS", rename it to Astro_CV.mesh and move it to the previous folder to use the old model.

-Old = 18.5MB
-New = 65MB

There might be issues with having so many powerful hangar slots.
Also, Downscaled compatible? If you mean if it will work with downscaled mod active, then yes, but id you mean if the ship will be downscaled, then no. Im using ds myself, I already set the scale of each ship to be big enough ato stand out even when using ds or not. And I think that's how carriers should be.
