Lwotc has its own version of npsbd. So just disable the standalone mod and it will work.

You can run the jedi class alongside rpgo. I won’t make a plugin though cause the class should be played standalone.

@chupii914, In the folder's class data, it shows all the perks you can get for the class. You can probably just edit that to get the order you want for each rank.

You need some research requirements. The first one will go to Apprentice Lightsaber. Then a higher one to a Knight Lightsaber. I don't remember what the tech is though to research.

I found the configdata to edit base classes: steam\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XCom2-WarOfTheChosen\XComGame\Config. I think that's it. I will open a game later on to see if my edits worked. I just put both sword and lightsaber set as allowable primary weapons since nobody responded. I am sure one of them will let me use it for the other classes.

There's no project in the Proving Grounds to make the Lightsaber.
Don't know what's causing it to not appear. Are there certain techs I need that I'm not aware of?

If I want other classes to use lightsaber, what primary weapon ability am I allowing? Sword or lightsaber?

Also, what is the folder for me to change that for the hero and assault classes? I don't know how to find them. Could someone help me, please?

do you have the codes to add the lightsabers through console. id rather not have to wait mutliple turns to outfit each one of my jedi lol

@Musashi I think he just means in regards to clutter in having to buy utility items. The lightsaber parts are a huge clutter in that area.

Is there a way to change the perk order to make reflect/deflect come earlier in the tree? the survivability of jedi until they get that is kinda questionable... also it sucks you have to unlock the the proving ground to get lightsabers, at least the basic ones you should be able to purchase/build even if it requires some rare resources.

@Voidstar I second that. The upgrade clutter is a bit much. Is there any way to move all that to the proving grounds or just making it obtainable loot?

@Void Light. Half of the fun of this mod is finding "Special crystals" that will improve lightsabers, in some out of the Outer Rim world.

Whenever/If you update this mod could you do something about the excessive clutter created by the lightsaber parts in the armory?

I believe that you could removed all of the parts and crystal drops and instead add 2 researches in the proving ground. One that gives you a random gem/crystal and the other that provides you with a random lightsaber part upgrade. Then players will unlock the "upgraded" and "superior" proving ground researches corps or whatever you want them locked behind.

I love the number of options and stuff provided but having to scroll past 2 dozen or more parts (most being inferior) every time I want to build a utility item its kinda crazy.

So I assume you cant choose who gets the jedi class, I use the "WOTC Commander's choice" mod and the jedi class did not show up in it.

that or some other mod may be preventing it from showing up.

Hey I'm backing asking again, I got a few really fun days out of this mod, it's amazing! But Then when I tried to give a Jedi a Lightsaber it wasnt there (I did do Modular Weapos Research). It wasn't there and I tried alot of things but nothing worked, asking for a fix maybe.

Hey, the mod works! But I used a Char pool for Clones and Jedi etc. so I dont have to do it while in a campaign, but it seems that it randomizes the class choice that I set. e.g. I made it a Specialist but it'll turn into Ranger. Same thing happens for every class. Is there a fix for this?

With regular promotion but it’s rare. By default you can’t train a Jedi. For more info read the mod description, especially the FAQ.
