@domsderspataner : hm...what you mean exactly ? you can enter helicopter normally, or you can HALO jump to leave the carrier. maybe you are playing SP ? try in MP.
also you can try take squad command (wheel menu) to be sure you're not a subordinate in your command group (that would make you unable to enter vehicles if not ordered to do so)

Hii i have an problem: as you know the player starts at the carrier . But i myslef cant leave the carrier because i cant enter any heli or tank.
Please help me fix the problem ....

@mayrose ...eh ...i dont know how CUP factions are modded, i mean by default each faction should add automatically its CUP units\vehicles, but if you want a specific CUP for a specific faction (lets say NATO with INDEPENDENT CUP UNITS...i dont know how make this....you probably have to change alliances by hand or edit the mod, i dont know!

ok good! open the *.PBO file and enter the folder " DDscripts ", you'll find a file named " SPAWNERind.sqf " , open it with a text editor and you will clearly find all the variables you are looking for. for example:
IMaxUnits = 15; // number of units to spawn
IMinDistMEN = 500; // minimum distance to players for MEN, number in meters
IMaxDistMEN = 1100; // maximum distance to players for MEN, number in meters

@tamtoe tomato: you have to be a bit more specific :)
nerly everything is customizable, if you have a bit of scripting knowledge...
the easiest is the bubble system, with enemy number, spawn range of each type of enemy, side mission type and frequency, AI convoys and CAS, ....but you can set super snipers, kamikaze and much more to your taste!

@ varus: thanks for your feedback ! i will test and fix this SP problems...
bubble can be set in range and enemys number, right now has been set more on "performance".
some side like general and ZSU rely much on main objective troops and bubble system for now, but seems you still have troubles with main objective (even capturing it?) and bubble....i'll test for good as soon as i have time.
sadly scripting is fast, but testing requires many hours of actual play...and sometimes some bug doesnt even come out....so thanks for your info!

I think it isn't that what it should be in SP.
- The second task, to occupy the airport, is no problem. There are no enemies.
- The side missions, capture the officier, was only the first time with some tanks. At the second time, and each other one, there were only 2 enemies around the offcier. As I had to kill him there was only himself.
- For the missions where I've to kill the sniper seems sometimes that they go out of the "bubble of war"
- Maybe that the "bubble of war" is to easy or the enemies disapear right again
- The mission where I had to destroy the 2 air defences was ok but only this both ZSU were there, no other enemies
- These were all different side missions types after I was playing some hours.
- And now I'm still standing around the main object and nothing happens. It won't marked as finished nor there is a try of enemies offence to get it back

i fixed side mission for SP. maybe there are other little marginal features that may need to be fixed for SP.... guys, i hope in your feedback for that!
By the way...i wish to remember you all that this mission is even more enjoyable in COOP or TvT !

hotfix of SP bubble system. now island should be populated by civilians and AAF units!
another fix fill follow for some side missions...

@ varus: yes it should be playable also in SP, and you just spotted a quite big bug, in fact seems that in SP the bubble system does not start at all, thats because i used a command specific of MP.
I'm working right now to fix this also for SP, please be patient a day or two because i have to change nearly every script !

Is it playable in SP?
If so, then nothing really happens. Apart from a small attack after completing the main task. But e.g. in the second task, to occupy the airport, there was nothing to do.
After that I flew over the whole island in peace.

@HOQP419 : well i did my best to optimize it, and AI number can be configured (its the thing having major impact after mods), if you want i can try release a "lite" version, but i have to cut core features, like convoys, CAS ecc... and drastically reduce AI number....that is already at its minimum for a realistic battle. in few words....will not be the same as standard DWAR :( .

anyway i'm sorry about it....hope you can get a new PC soon!

@psycho 78 : well you actually dont spawn AI directly , this because performance will suffer too much from savage spawning of AI....but you can actually "indirectly" have AI by helping to survive your AI convoy, your AI recon helo and your AI CAS plane, in this way they can help you with theyr presence on the map....sometimes they even captured a main objective by themself !
technically speaking, you can spawn just AI UAV, but max 1 per player.

Could you please include in the description what mods the servers are using, because the launcher is unable to find the servers so I cannot see the dependencies, and otherwise the ingame server browser doesn't specify them

In singleplayer a helicopter exploded on the aircraft carrier right at the start of the mission killing me and 8-10 soldiers every time I tried to play.

Just played the mission with 9 friendfs. We enjoyed the mission - thank you. Only thing that was a bit odd was the way the objective towers would vanish as soon as we fought off the attempt to recapture - often leaving half the team falling from the top floor. Maybe better to leave the tower and despawn it after everyone has left the area? Apart from that the only gripes I heard was that you could not dictate the time of day (some prople hated fighting in the dark), and that pretty much every tree seemed to have somebody behind it with a launcher ready to take out our respawn chopper :-) I think it just added to the challenge, though! Good job!

I like how the mod looks, but was wondering if you were thinking of making it automatically use units only from a select mod, eg. only using RHS units or only using IFA_3 units
