Cosmic Gaming should be running this map on their server if you just want to play with your friend on it. From their steam group, Hightower TDM IP: 70.42.74.156:27015

Delete the map file in your tf2 folder and redownload it. If you downloaded an earlier version, this probably was the cause.

I meant as in, it says your hightower file of some sort differs from the current one.
