Report a translation problem
the only thing i am noticing is cargo planes land into one and depart from the other, probably due game path finding assuming those as closest for each operation. same happens with passenger stands, some only acept arrivals, others departures, only a few of them are actually acepting arrivals and same plane departing.
you might have other mod conflicting?
i had to limit my assets to about 150-200 top with 16gb ddr3.
now i got a new pc and got ddr4 ram, can load more that 1000 assets with 16gb, but also new cpu and motherboard to help a bit with it (ryzen 5 2600x cpu now)
and make in the same "airport" both civilian and cargo areas now :)
have to give it a try then. shame my pc isnt at beast to handle all the assets i have, but i am already planning a big airport, will test it when i get a chance.

Would love to make a efficient city ;) as we have to many assets and not enough space on the map lol
