Because the dota team asked us and multiple others to make content exclusively for them, and this was one of them. A glitch made this hidden before hand, so when the workshop got released it wasn't immediatley shown So that's that.

As I post this, this item has 0 stars (not enough ratings yet), only 93 visitors, and 3 favorites (with 3 creators...). I'm curious, why is this already accepted for the game? How is this fair to other content creators?
