343 RCS wowie lmao

Dude love your builds, been using CVX for quite some time now. Went ahead and got this and notice the power issue. mostly got rid of all RCS except for 2 and added tier 4 cpu's flys like a charm now!

I might do a total redesign, but it'll definitely get smaller =(

I appreciate you doing that! May save me the time from trying in SP and just get on with the dismantling, or with just letting it sit there like an awesome lawn ornament from a bygone era.

@chumsickle Thanks man! I spent some time messing with this in creative and I'm coming to the realization that I dont think its going to be viable in a12. Its simply too big to have any kind of acceptable agility without needing an advanced core. =( I cut it down to half the length and it just didnt look right. Rip Raptor <3

Beautiful ship and extremely well thought out! Sadly, i failed to check if it had been updated and spawned it into a current survival game. Ill work on getting it running as a project myself! Excellent work Goons!

Updated the design a bit with the help of some fine feedback.
Replaced all the medium thrusters with small thrusters x4, more thrust, less space, more RCS.
Compensated with extra generators and fuel tanks.
Removed the blocks behind the Pilot seat - no more stuck in the dangit.
Added a buch of Decorations to improve the aesthetics.
Switched out the basic guns for more shooty ones.
Flys mo betta.

Thanks LordDragon! Yeaaaaah... I was playing with it a bit earlier and had to remove one of the blocks behind the pilot seat to make sure I could get out. I think they changed the point it pops you out. I also updated the design a bit with more of the new SV cosmetic elements, Ill have to update the BP. Thanks for the heads up about the thrusters... I gotta look into that.

This ship looks absolutely amazing. The use of textures and shapes are simply astonishing. This thing is a real work of art. I built this in 9.2.0. I absolutely love it, but do have a few soft criticisms. The design of the pilot’s seat looks amazing, but unfortunately I seem to get stuck when getting out. Not sure if this is due to my character’s body shape, or the update, but it was painful having to modify such a thing of beauty. I felt a little dirty. The other issue is a slight lack of power on a really large planet. The bottom thrusters aren’t enough to push it off the ground. Even so, I can’t do anything but give it the highest rating. It is that amazing.

Excellent design. The textures and contours are incredibly interesting. Looking through it there are all sorts of little details around every corner. For people commenting on the 343 RCS's: it's a big SV and the SV RCS's aren't that powerful, so it needs that many to just be somewhat maneuverable. If you check the stats, you can see its pitch and yaw are still rather slow for an SV. Great looking ship, Goons!

really amazing ship. i love how you can basically live in it unlike other small vessels that are litteraly small vessels. i also love how well it takes damage i attacked a whole drone base and came out with minimal damage. great job. 5 stars for sure

Oh my goodness. Welcome back. Nice ship.I like it that you was inspired by a 3D work and managed to build it in Empyrion. Shows that this game has almost unlimeted potential. Thanx for sharing.
