The author of Facial Stuff is back. And he has already made a "pre-release" version for RimWorld 1.3 available on his GitHub. And it sounds like he is currently working on a proper, full release.
So... Will this mod get an update in the near future?
Facial Stuff is needed for its functionality, without it bionic parts are not displayed, and in general it is now extremely unstable on version 1.0+
The other thing I wanted to say is: the Facial Stuff 1.1 mod, by "Killface," I was gonna suggest to Mlie that he add it to his "Resurrected Mods" collection, but maybe since you are active again, you'd prefer to do that?
Unfortunately it seems to be incompatible with alien races, everyones heads float. Though this is an issue with facial stuff I think.
So the original mod might show warnings messages but they're not actually errors; the only thing the game is detecting is that the modder didn't add "1.2" to the <versions> list in About.xml
All you have to do to update this mod is copy paste all of that into About.xml
what about custom non-human mods, do they got faces as well??
also same with babies from the children and pregnancy mod by thirite??
it also fixes the transparency for eyes/eyebrows which have white pixels on the edges. Those pixels are only noticeable on dark skinned colonists.
Психодозер let me know if you have any problem with that patch and I can remove it. Or feel free to incorporate any of those textures into this mod (maybe as an option to swap between the white/transparent).
