Mainly cuz there is an exceptional mod, the "First Aid Kit". It looks just like the ones in RE.

Rikimaru, yeah, unfortunately that happens, as you can see in the screenshot as well, i aint a modeller or an animator, so i really can't do anything about it, really sorry.

makes alot of sense for the resident evil campagins because some use blue herbs to cure spider posion or move big objects that required the adrenaline shot
