I wrote a paper on salazar in high school on whether or not he was benevolent. Kinda cool to see this mod

Just updated the mod, even if the changelog for some reason doesn't show it. Well, I'll just copy it here as well:

- Fixed issue with the UA where Portugal would receive huge amounts of Gold and Production every turn.
- Fixed issue with the UA where the Gold and Science from having buildings in all cities didn't work correctly.
- Fixed issue where having both Salazar and Indira Gandhi in the same game would cause TXT_KEY errors.
- Added MCIS support for the bonuses provided by the UA and the UB.
- Changed the in-game colour scheme (thanks to darth!).
- Changed some AI flavours.

The gold and sci bonus for buildings doesn't work.

This is not showing up on the YNAEMP V24 maps of Europe. At least not for me.
