Could you make a light no hordes version with the bonuses?

it's best to restart l4d2 after disabling or enabling mods like mine as l4d2 doesn't always remove all changes. i don't know why unfortunately so i dunno if it can be fixed or if it's just how the game works

This is cool and all, my only complaint is that I've found it has a strange tendency to turn itself on for finales randomly even when I'm playing without it, same goes for all the other mods.

i want this, but i wanna use it in survival. will tanks spawn in survival with this mod? if so can you possibly make a version that disallows them to spawn in survival? thanks either way, and thanks for all your mods!

thisis specially designed for computers that cant handle 400+ infected? Well gotta move fast :c

there have been problems recently with specials spawning when the shouldn't. I am still working on it, but everything I have tried so far has failed.

why will this not remove tanks on survival ? the only mods i have are this a blood and gore mod and some soundtracks for special infected like music for the tanks can somebody help me please?

I can try, but there have been problems with the specials ignoring the code that should disable them.

If it is not working,it is most likely a conflict between addons. turn off any other addon that change bot behavior, backup ammo limits, cheat mods, changes to infected stats, then restart l4d2.

Not working for me, still special infected and hordes aren't 200.

1. click the green subscribe button above.
2. start l4d2
3.wait for the icon next to the addons menu optin to disappear (this is the game checking for addons)
4.click on addons and check that Super Hordes - No Bonus - No Special - Lite is ticked.
5. restart l4d2 (this is onlybrequired when activating or deactivating scripted addons like this one)
6.play single player, survival, realism ot mutations to get the effect this addon gives.

Ive actually worked out why I'm getting lag, and some of the finales are impossible for me. The game is spawning WAY too many zombies. My friends and I managed to battle through the Cold Stream campaign on easy, the end zombie kill was over 11k (we are all running the Lite version). We tried turning all other mods off, I even unsubscribed from your other Super Hordes packs but no luck! Any sugestions at all?

It's pretty odd - performance is fine all the way through, untill I hit the fanale! The fps really takes a dive...
It does seem to depend on the map though! I just successfully finished the carnival campaign with your lite version enabled (even though it did lag a little, it was nothing compared to The Passing). The finale on The Passing, for me at least is insane. It is quite literally a relentless sea of zombies so dense you cant even more forward with 4 m60's on the go.

So yeah, an Extra Lite version - with toned down finale numbers/freq would be amazing :).

sure i can do that, but its odd that you are having problems when your computer is twice as powerful as mine.

I know this is now quite an old addon, but any chance you can make an Extra Lite version? I love the no specials and extra zombies but the finale number and frequency is madness.
The finale on the Passing Campaign is literally impossible. The stream of zombies lags my pc to hell within 30 seconds of the lift hitting the ground (and my PC isn't a total weakling - i5 2500k 4.5ghz, 36GB ram, GTX 670 2GB). The zombie onslaught is constant - and I dont mean every 30 seconds, I mean you cant take a step forwards for a wall about 20 thick of zombies.
My friends and I couldnt beat The Passing even with the gib fest mutation on!

So yeah, any chance of an extra lite version with say 100/150 for the finale or hordes at lower frequencies?

try disabling ALL other addons, restart l4d2 to see if it works. if it does, it's a conflict with another addon, if not then the problem is my addon. as for lag on servers, I was never able to test my addons over multiplayer as 1. i have the australian version, which cuts donw available players and 2. i'm on a 50 years old copper network which drops out all the time, as well as having horrendous speed.

it happened multiple times after closing and opening the game, another thing that you might need to know is that it caused severe lag even for me when hosting local servers and i have fiberoptic broadband

unfortunatly l4d2 doen't report my addons as confliction fo some unknown reason. any other addon that changes bot behavior, infected behavior or numbers, cheats, ammo backup or some scripts. try disabling any other addon thate changes that, restart l4d2 and it should work.

That means it's partially working, as the finales are handled by different files. what other mods are you useing as its most likely a conflict.

this doesn't work, instead whenever i host a server common infected are swarming in the finale

you have to restart l4d2 after disabling this addon because of the way the game loads this addon. ( it does it before the main menu screen while loading the main parts of the game.)

why why does this still is on when i turnd it off now i deleted it and its still on why tell me :(

does the health thing come with the mod if not please tell me the name of it

The older MODs were a lot laggier and bigger. This put up with everyone.

none of those will conflict. i have reuploaded with some changes, so please retry when steam updates the mods.

mods i got are, The really stupid magnum fires fast, Alice, True Religion zoey, Back to School parts 1 to 7 and Super Hordes - No bonus - No special infected.

what about the other stuff i mentioned?

I got other mods , only this one made by you.

its probably a conflicting mod them. do you have anty of my other mods,any other mods that change infected amounts, any mod that changes backup ammo, any bot improvement mods or accidently left on of my other mods on(they won't report a conflict for some stupid reason)

I downloaded mod, its not working in single player the special infected still show up, the mod is ticked in the list.
