Hi, I have a question, you say ''Play BALANCED if against a stronger team.'' but the tactic is already on balanced. Is there any other things to do? Like dropping deeper and going on attack like in previous FM?

Workimg well witj Real Betis in patch 19.03. The team starts with most of the players to fit the bill, which us jystt as well as we only had £300k in the transfer budget.

im using this with Liverpool i know its pretty much youll win with anything with top but i wanted to get Salah to replicate his real life scoring so where you reckon i can play him in this ? love it so far

I am struggling to score... I play with Bayern & Lewandowski up top... basically the perfect fit for the formation and I have a ton of possession but the conversion is lacking severely... anyone else experiencing that too?

It just wouldn't be FM without SCT..... (Although I'm sad you didn't include set piece instructions this time around, because I'm terrible at setting them up myself....)

It seems this is the first FM where training three tactics at the same time isn't a bad idea, too.

Is the tactic still good if I give the laterals the same role ? I really love symmetry.

i have to ask @The_Reckonist, why do you use one full back attack and other one support? and why one inside forward on the left and a winger on the right ? and let me know if you conced alot of goals from balls behind ur centerbacks too, in counter - thanks dude

i'm using your tactic with a few personal changes, i agree with Fallen99Shadows, everything goes decent and well, and then they just kick the ball behind my defence and draw the game at 87min lol happens so often, maybe play with a low defensive line ? not sure to be honest

Struggling with this and well every tactic FM19 seems really hard. The CB's just let runners through all the time and dont close down. any suggestions please?

Using this as Birmingham City - admittedly a now very rich Birmingham City so I can buy great players but still top of the Prem after 3 seasons. Played 8, won 8 in my current season, and only conceded one which was a free kick.

Sound tactic as always. Playing as Nuneaton and currently second. Only needed to get players on free to cover WB and FB positions. As I prefer a possession based tactic this ticks all the boxes although the dreaded revenge of the AI has not kicked in yet. Still looking for and thinking about a fairly compatible Plan B for when this happens. So far, so good.

This tactic worked fo me for firt 10 games then i couldn't buy a win, had like 10 straight losses or draws with Genoa. Maybe just the wrong players.

@The_Reckonist this is perfect as always, the only changes I've made, I've took out get stuck in instruction, too many fouls/cards and I hate that. It works well and doesn't have much difference in getting back possesion or in my defence. Thanks for sharing once again

@lucasdrt Whichever your best player is best at. Dont put a player who cant be a very good HB as a HB when they are better suited to DLP:D

@The_Reckonist I'll try use IF and give you my feedback... In your tests, HB or DLP as DM was the best? I should use HB?

@lucasdrt You can try but the width is important. If you were to try that Either make the IF start wider or move the FB to a WB or even CWB. Let me know how you get on.

Can I change the winger to a Inside Foward?

@aquaplex HB is selected for the Wolves save as I have Dendoncker, the perfect HB. You are more likely to find a DLP:D which Is what I used for the two other teams.

Just a quick comment, the DM position you have it as DLP, but in your youtube video for the tactic it shows HB... i'm assuming it's supposed to be HB? WIll try out the tactic soon.
