If you search on the Ludeon forums, there's probably a forum topic that discusses the changes made in 1.1. Or, try running this mod in 1.1, then open the debug log and examine the errors, and search for topics that discuss the error. You could even ask on the RimWorld Discord channel (modding area) for help: https://discord.gg/rimworld

One change that you should make is in About.xml. You need to change <targetVersion>1.0.0</targetVersion> to <supportedVersions><li>1.0</li></supportedVersions> (or to <supportedVersions><li>1.0</li><li>1.1</li></supportedVersions> if you want to have a release that supports both 1.0 and 1.1). The <targetVersion> tags have been retired. And, in certain circumstances, that old tag will generate a yellow (non-critical) error.

@Limão hi, could you upload the log please? This mod does not modify the sleeping jobs and occupations, so it's probably other mod conflicting with this one.

Guy please fix the problem of the settlers in the double tank bed alternating. Couples have to sleep together but if you choose the colonists shortly afterwards they don't sleep in the same bed without me changing it and it bothers you why you occupy beds that could be occupied by other people. Your mod is very good and i thank you by the creation but this bug bothers you. Thank you.

@Slimez hello there! Thanks for your feedback. Actually I'm a noob modder and totally have no idea how to implement comfort values in the mod settings... However, I can help you to code this into the .xml files (Edit the mod settings)

Okay, if you're feeling brave enough (!) to do this, check my instructions below>>>

Step 1: Open up C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\1556511180 folder (If you're running the game on Windows PC)

Step 2: Open up TB_Buildings_TankBed file in Defs\ThingDefs

Step 3: Check the comfort settings in the file, they do look like that by default >>> "<Comfort>-70</Comfort>"

Step 4: Manually edit the value. You can modify whatever you want to set your own balance for this mod!

@JewFroCapazzi there shouldn't be any research panels for the Tank Bed. All modifications of the Tank Bed require vanilla research only.

Double Tank Bed is introduced now! Sorry for your lovers that had to sleep separately... Fixed now. Also 'STANDART' typo is fixed now as well.


By the way, I haven't introduced double prototype Tank Bed intentionally. Prototype should not be designed for mass production needs IMHO. But if you guys really want double prototype bed to be, just write down here :)

Ah, tyvm! I was just about to bite the bullet and dive into the mysterious adventure of making an autodoc mod myself... This definitely did not come up in my search for "autodoc". Also, what about a "LW's Auto-Doc" version that reduces a colonist's effective age or deals with a certain very alarming upper body injury? :) that's a literary reference i guess. thanks again so much!

Hello there, folks. I've just created an "Auto-Doc" version of the Tank Bed. As you wished, it heals wounds automatically (Heals 330 HP per 24 hours). It is also good for surgeries and immunity recovery. And it is also more comfortable, but however, it is extremely expensive and difficult to construct.

+1 for 9bananas' idea, but would it be possible to add a higher tier version with a comfort boost with more advanced costs required to build? Could be end-game version like the idea bananas pitched.

love the idea of the mod, but could we also have a super expensive end-game version that does support healing and has power draw? maybe requiring 2 bionic arms? so it's more like an auto-medic? that'd be really cool!

@CrazyOdd, hi there. I've just updated the mod a few seconds ago, introducing the brand-new prototype tank beds using the six hour sleep cycle, which are cheaper and they don't require advanced components. However, they still do require multianalyzer research.

I love the consept, but we could use an early game version of this bed. Like a 6 hour version,
2 extra work hours, can make or break a colony.

@james76543 Believe me, I'd love for this to have a small power requirement. However, I'm pretty sure that code you listed would give these a constant power draw. Ideally, however, these beds would only draw power when in use - while a colonist is sleeping in it. I'm thinking that making a mod do that, while possible, is quite a bit more complicated. But I have seen a couple mods that do something similar.
