The road height thing was just some slip roads not matching up on terrain with each other being very close and causing that weird look.It took a couple of clicks with Moveit to make the slope all nice and quality to match every where else that you have done. :)

About the road heights at new intersection: nothing i can do there, without changing original terrain too much, if i want it to make a free flow which works in vanilla for high traffic capacity. its not that off, the height steps are not perfect, but ok. if you dont like it, delete the roundabouts, and connect the ramps directly to a road without a roundabout, but with slip lanes. that can work well with high capacity, if you use TM:PE. but if you are playing without mods, its going to be awful :D so i made the decision to use the roundabouts.
I first made them dogbone, which can use smaller roundabouts, but when i playtested vanilla, i realized, that stupid AI cant handle dogbone intersections right :D so i had to replace dogbone with dumbbell, which needs bigger roundabout, and so its going to be over bigger height differences^^
The farm fields considering latest DLC and ore colouring off such, (mods needed to fit farms in those tree lined areas) feels in wrong place for me, overly complicated and not an exercise in freedom to create as a user.
On a positive note I really love what you have done prior and asked BonBonB to look at it to get you more attention.
corrected the wrong lane.
added a dogbone intersection at the start square.
added a interchange from start square highway directing to eastern harbour area
added some farm fields
had to do some fixing, some glitches refused to dissapear...
could not fix flying grass patch at one of the dunes at ocean beach, tried it 2 times, if you smooth the land a tiny bit ingame, it will be on the ground. All other glitches should be fixed.
when i fix the road in map editor, it will not affect your running game. it will only affect new game starts. so you have to find a workaround in your city. i just can fix the error for people which start a new city.
either delete the segments, and build new, or build an other intersection. it will not look that symetrical anymore, but function over form, right?
I apologize for my mistake. i did playtest the map, but it did not attract my attention.
you can do something: select highway ramp. press the "upgrade street" buttom (! sign) and right click every segment.
I will update it today to fix the mistake, and add in extra details, but i am not sure when, i have to dos before that.
Sadly somehow workshop did not implement my changes, and overwrited my new files with old ones, so i had to do all the work twice...
and now i have seen, that i have forgot to fix the decals at the trainplattforms, when i did the second rehaul... :D so there will be one more update, but then its fine.
