Could I request a non respawning apothecary pouch? I have a mod that lets me dump all my ingredients at once in one of them and wont use a house where I cannot do that . (Very pretty mod though)

There are Urns and Crates that you can use to store items in, non-respawning. These are near the crafting stations already.

Let me suggest putting a chest or storage next to the forge, alchemy, and enchanting stations.
Nice to have a spot to dump off various ingredients.
