This is great! I just wish it had a way to refuel the choppers - and maybe some sort of solar power :P

Im afraid thats a problem with the game @HowlingWolfH5
I tried to bring this issue up both on the forums and on the bug-report system in game, its because shortly after I made the harbour, the build zone was moved rendering the whole harbour useless when you spawn it, its dissapointing that the issue still hasn't been addressed but I cant fix it on my end.

When I Put it at the big ship bass The ground when inside of it and the crane went crazy

yes, custom islands have spaces to spawn vessels.
