That's just the mod being outdated, HV steel got lightened but the mod never got updated along.

it secretly changes the weight of heavy armor from 20 to 30- it took me so long to figure out what made my heavy steel armor vehicles unusable bc of increased weight....

i forgot to enable it after an update oops i have the tabs but no rams???!!?!?!

no cus i've no idea what's broken. As for the designer being slow, that's normal, i can fix but i've lotsa to do so not now

So these mods make the designer run super slow this one makes ity the worst by far tho. Couldnt you cut down on the tabs and just put it all under rams?
