Instead of coming one by one like hounds, they shall come out at once, like how goblins in Goblin Slayer fight.
Additional options for stronger goblin and more goblins would be welcome, too.

-Keep hounds/worms in the waves, but have them work with the goblins.
-Make the damage boost only to goblins
-Give a sanity boost when killing goblins, however reduce his sanity by 50
-Make other characters deal less damage to goblins
- reduce their damage, and increase damage against goblins enemies, use a flag "goblin" to mark enemies types (so he becomes a strong goblin slayer, and an average fighter)
- goblins make him enrage and reduce their sanity like ghosts, and kill goblins recover 5 Sanity (force the hunt and slay goblins)
- reduce their Health and Sanity in 25pts (he alread have bonus defense and armor)
- instead of insomnia, he can sleep, recovering Health, but ever have nightmares with goblins, and not recover (or lose a little) Sanity
- make goblins spawn from cave's hole, but less frequent, like 35% chance every day (1~2 goblins), and chases players (bats at night, goblins at day, or at night too)
