add the piccadilly and bakerloo line trains since their basically the same but the bakerloo is older bc the piccadilly is 1973 but the bakerloo is 1972

at least they would have opened the doors with the A and D buttons and closed them with the same buttons

Well, this seems to be an issue with local sessions not loading something correctly. I have now tried using a LAN server with Metrostroi on it, and both the Redbird and these tube stocks now work fine.

I have subscribed to all the required adsons, but is still does not work.
Interestingly, when the Drivable Trams addon is active, the script errors are gone, but the train still won't drive.

Even then, it just spews out errors about "SetLightPower" or something...
