Sorry. I don't play or build for CoH 2. I might for CoH 3 when I eventually try it out.
I don't know what a tuning pack is, so I don't reckon I will.

{In fixed positions the starting positions are mixed up (5-8 <> 8-5). Minor issue}

Click subscribe. Reopen Company of heroes. Sometimes it can take some time to show up in the list of maps. Just wait 5 minutes.
