You could put the command in autoexec.cfg and have it run when the game starts up.

Due to the nature of how mods work when they are downloaded from steam workshop, they have to be validated when you get to the menu of L4D2. This means when you first boot up the game, it won't play the music. There are a couple of ways around this:

1: Enter "snd_restart" into the console.

2: Join a game session then leave.

Just tried both with a couple of friends and it works fine.

Totally Fail. I started the Game, Add on is also loaded and startet. I hear the Old music of L4D2 but not the Mario Theme.
