And how do you place the Sword in the Sheath? Is there like a Skin for the Sheath? Like putting the Eyelander in the Sheath? Like find the Skin for it, or put it with Bone Merge tool?

Oh! I just realized I helped one of your other addons before with missing textures. Heh, hello again. I've made the .gma file so you only have to update: {LINK REMOVED}http://www.mediafire.com/download/0suu0u69vovdf6h/eyelander_sheath.gma

The reason people are having missing textures is because the basetexture in the .vmt is incorrect. It may be alright for you because you're most likely using the item in TF2 where it's set up properly. In the .vmt here it's trying to search for the texture here: "models\player\items\demo\demo_sheath", but this place doesn't exist because you have the texture file in "models\sheath\items\demo\demo_sheath".

I'm only just now noticing this because someone requested to have this hexed at my group and wasn't aware it already existed, so I thought I'd try to lend a helping hand instead.

I use GmadconvGUI to get .gma files extracted. Real useful for making reskins.

Forgive me, I'm horrible at explaining things. Allow me a second attempt, you said in the description to extract the material and models in order to fix the texture errors that are present upon spawning the prop. I tried to extract the addon as you suggested (via 7-Zip if you're wondering what program I'm using), but whenever I try, my CPU tells me that it can't extract the files. So, any ideas on how to properly extract them?

Well my friend, I'm afraid i can't see the problem. The sheath still looks all fine to me after removing it from my addons folder.

Maybe you should re-download this, or maybe check if your TF2 is correctly installed.
