AKA, if the NPC detects that it is on Site 18 (For a gamemode), it will "Connect" itself to the map, effectively acting like the real thing, such as if you delete The Old Man, the intercom will say, "SCP-106 has been contained."
As well as the MTF guys being capable of using the doors, while a Vanilla NPC can't.
SCP-106, on contact, will actually transport you to the Pocket Dimension on the Site 18 Map.
