I've got an 1366x768 Monitor and everything colides when playing Jacob and Essau (stats between each other, trinkets with items). This is an issue of the HUD in solo gameplay, that is why it doesn't have anything to do with the mod, but a request for a mod to fix the game's HUD.
In the end, this is a great mod, thanks!
Yes, I think if you press L you can set it to be used in 1-player mode
I tried some days ago and it works the same but the angel/devil room chance is broken
I probably will but I cannot do it right now (I only have one controller so I cannot test for 3-4). In principle it works at least for 2 players although the angel/devil room chance is probably broken. I will be able to start modding by the second half of july
Re: Nioffe
Good idea
Re: piber
Note taken!
Re: AceX
The TBOI API documentation is not clear about it, I just used the method available, sadly it doesn't quite work or I don't understand how to use it
If I disable the mod, the original found hud says I have 62.50%.
Very difficult for me to actually address known bugs as the API is limited (or I am not experienced enough on it)
Re: ELF FLINGER
It doesn't work with modded characters but you can see the stats right? I mean probably there are tons of really modded characters with its own functionality defeating my capabilities to give support but if the mod isn't too crazy should work fine
Re: Moony
As soon as I can put my hands on Repentance I will check it out for sure :D sorry to hear your eyes hurt :P you can tweak inside the code the font colour if you feel confident enough I think it was a simple Isaac.RenderText(str,X,Y,1.0,1.0,1.0,1.0) you can reduce the first three 1.0 to 0.5 so it will be darker >_< not sure tho
F1 helps but it hurts my eyes lol, and yes maxrenderscale=2 is ticked.
hope reptence will fix this issue
Pressing the F1 does not make the trick? Or the MaxRenderScale=2 inside the options.ini? There is not much I can do, I am only using the basic tools of the Lua API and I cannot quite fathom the issue (as I couldn't replicate it) after trying to cope for some time I ended up letting the F1 trick as a definitive solution, if there is a way to do it programmatically the method is probably private or hidden by the creators
K, no problem
I might add it, I thought about it, but I don't play TBOI lately so I don't know when I will be willing to do it :( maybe at the next DLC release :3
This mod does not have interaction with trinkets or objects, it only reads stats. Must be from the "TrueCoop Mod" itself. I think I had similar issues in the past (keeping trinket effects after dropping them and mass drop from other players...).
Picking up any trinket cause the other player to have the same trinket, and switching to a new trinket causes all players to drop the old trinket (thus causing duplicates).
Whoops...sorry, description must been updated accidentally. If you press F1 you'll zoom in the HUD but you maybe have the same problem the user "I-like-Skyrim" had and solve by itself because in the file "Documents>My Games>The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+>options.ini" (fow Windows) you need to have MaxRenderScale=2 in order to see the stats, maybe you have MaxRenderScale=1. But as I said, F1 will kinda solve the problem
When you connect another configured gamepad apart from the main you only press start in the secondary and there you go, the game adds a new player
