Is this just the USA united no specials no nothing? I love keeping everything vanilla but having the USA is the culture American as well? Also does this work with the most recent update? If so thanks!!

If you just add them in and go to another country they start imploding. releasing dozens of cities and indian nations that slowly eat away at them. Is this a bug?

These mods already exist. See the United Countries Collection for all the united country mods, which include both Germany and Italy.
