Hmm, that's a first. Try unsubscribing then clearing your cache from the TOOLS menu the re-subscribe.

it seems the scenario won't pop over to the "standard" tab, nor is de "drive" button blue in the "workshop" tab. Anyone have a solution?

Thanks Darryl, yes agree, braking early is wise. :)

Just finsihed these 5 scenarios. Enoyed them very much. Seems that the braking on these older trains is not as agressive as some. Takes a bit of care. Love the scooters !

@New Moisturiser. Springfield Line.
Fresh Moisturizer 22 Nov, 2018 @ 10:18pm
what route do you need for these scenarios?
RBJets  [author] 22 Nov, 2018 @ 10:09pm
try 32 first, it should work.
john 22 Nov, 2018 @ 8:49pm
I was trying them using 64bit - I'll try to-morrow using 32bit. As the route is now in the steam sale might just buy it again to eliminate any variations.

THanks Chris and crlynch...John: are you launching the game in 64 bit or 32, It runs fine for me in 32. Look below at john.p's link for a fix for it to run on 64. Also while in-game from the TOOLS menu clear out your cache.

Very enjoyable scenario again. Many thanks RB.

Hi, cannot get the last two scenarios to run. Can you verify that these will run using the original Trains and Drivers version of the VNHHR route. The reason I ask is amongst other errors being flagged is missing markers.
crlynch 21 Nov, 2018 @ 3:39pm
All good, enjoyed yard work and didn't get lost great work again, many thanks.

Another update for John and RB:

After installing the "fix", I went back and started Scenario #4 in this series using 64 bit mode. It now loads / starts fine, no access violations. This one previously only ran in 32 bit mode for me.
So, indeed, it looks like a solution to the problem for 64 bit on this route.
Thanks again.

Hi John,
I hadn't run this scenario in 64 bit previously, but I have just installed your "fix", loaded this scenario, and it runs ok, no crashes.
Didn't run the whole scenario this time but I'm assuming if it loads and starts ok, it will be fine.

Many thanks for the "fix".
Cheers, Warren

Thanks John, will do. :)
john.p.mackay 18 Nov, 2018 @ 12:12pm
Please read the link that I provided here for anyone who had this route. I saw that link before at the site of goldenageofrailroading.com (Michael Stephan).

Hope that will help you to solve the problem.

John

Yes I never use 64 bit, sick of the crashing. Thanks everyone for the comments and subscribing, more on the way soon.... :)
wadawes 18 Nov, 2018 @ 3:06am
Excellent scenario RB, plenty of testing shunting in a busy yard. Very enjoyable.
I didn't try 64 bit based on previous comments, but it worked fine in 32 bit.
Many thanks again for making and sharing this one.
henele54 17 Nov, 2018 @ 8:40pm
Itried using 64 bit but it doesn't work and crashes
jaymac2 17 Nov, 2018 @ 5:08pm
Crashed when tried to open in 64 bit but ran fine in 32 bit. Needed to save and resume before last couple. Nice work
