Sorry to interrupt this very convoluted argument but this mod changes only one line, adding -100% success chance for AI agents. I think it's still working, CA usually never modifies the campaign difficulty table.

If it does not work :
1) Steam / CA launcher didn't load the mod. As a modder this issue happens all the fucking time, like 95% of comments about mods not working on the workshop are caused by that. You should put all your subscribed mods into a steam collection and purge everything before every playthrough : unsub everything, delete the steam workshop folder, launch the game without any mod, close, resub to all through your collection. You should also use the Kaedrin Mod Manager instead of the bugged game launcher. Fun fact : you probably played for years with a good chunk of your subscribed mods not loaded.
2) There's another mod modifying this value and is overwriting the changes, verify that the load order is in alphabetical order.

this one worked for me .. mid campaign as well. I use to use slayvks passive agents but it stopped work during end turn phase after 200 turns. So strange. Does the AI still try to use agents and just waste their money? anyone know? if that's the case .. its like cheating. I like to disable AI agents and not use mine to make it fair.

dude thanks alot, kermi declared war on me and i had literally 5 agents level 30+ killing my armies each turn. This mod is amazing!

I sure did hate having all my lvl 40 Agents getting chain Critical Success Assassinated by all those level 3 enemy Agents. Thanks. It's also annoying having to move my Wounded embedded Agents back to the armies I had them in, too.

Agents in this game is extremely annoying and unrealistic, so thank you for creating this mod. Is it save game compatible?

it seems that any chance below 0% results in the engine "breaking" and handling it as if it was 100% chance of success. So cutting out the chance modifier and just relying on the cost modifier migh tbe the safest way to ensure the mod doesn't break more than it fixes.

Added 10000% action costs. And I reduced success chance to -50% instead of -100% to see if it helps.

Vanilla or with other mods? I double checked the mod and saw no errors whatsoever.

There might be a bug if you are below 0% success chance but if so that's quite concerning about game code. If someone else could confirm this I'll change the value to -80% instead.

I installed this and it seemed to make all actions succeed automatically.
