@randracers Thanks for playing. You can switch to the hostage player to move him out of enclosures in single player. I think its the U key by default.

I have been using this mission for single play and it is great. Endlessly replayable, balanced yet challenging. Nice work! The only 'bug' I have noticed is the hostage mission; the freed hostage joins my team but will not leave the base/enclosure. Seems stuck or trapped. Cheers!!

@Thirith there are a few options.

* login into the server as admin, change the settings by hand from the Configure Addons button before the mission starts.

* create a Arma 3\userconfig\cba_settings.sqf file with the settings defined, this will be loaded on server start but requires the -filePatching argument

* create a pbo file with cba_settings.sqf and add it to the CBA addons directory, this does not require -filePatching.

Keep in mind CBA is just a framework used by mods for various things including the above settings system. For example, ACE uses the above settings framework for it's settings as well.

@Thirth One more thing -- make sure when you're changing Combat Den settings in MP, that you are doing this on the server, and are making the changes under the "Server" tab in CBA Settings.

@Thirth for respawn you have a fixed number of respawn tickets for the group. Once the ticket count is 0 you cannot respawn. You can configure respawn tickets in the CBA settings under Combat Den - see the doc link above and look for the settings subsection.

One thing that might make this less confusing is having respawn count displayed somewhere on the screen like Apex. I'll have to look into this.

We played a mission yesterday and really enjoyed it. One thing I'm not entirely clear about, though: how does respawn work? Are there just two lives per mission, a bit like a GTA Online mission? Can this be reset somewhere?

Ths staging area on Takistan is a land base. The invisible barriers where caused by walls not rendering properly. I made some adjustments and confirmed the issue was resoved with one other person who was seeing this issue.

@CD Nullis I think your issue has a different root cause. If you post a copy of your rtp file from the mission (google drive or something), I can take a look.

Tried again with only base required mods and same issue. Not finding the arsenal as well (no camo net to look under). Making it work otherwise. Maybe I'll try one of the other Combat Den's to see if I have the same issue.

@[insG]Border It should be enabled on the cargo boxes underneath the camo net. It's an ACE virtual arsenal, so you'll need to use the ACE interact key (Win key by default) to use it. Please confirm if you're using the ACE interact key on those boxes and let me know if you're still seeing the issue. Thanks.

@Draymunker 1) check that you have the required mods loaded 2) unload any mods that are not relavent. If your still having this issue, check the RPT log file for error messages.

@Nitrix The barriers are vanilla content, they shouldn't require a dependency. Sounds like they are present since they are blocking you but fail to render for some reason. That's a shame. If you have other mods loaded not relevant to this mission you could try unloading them. Otherwise, I'm stumped at the moment. Thanks for calling this out.

@Nitrix Interesting. There should be barriers between you add the chopper as part of the outpost. Are those barriers not visible? Or is this wall in addition to the outpost barriers?

Between your spawn point and the chopper, there is an invisible wall that you have to find your way around.
