and adding up to transport scenario, here are some portuguese taxis. however, the more tipical and older color scheme is the black and green taxis. some years ago they changed to that cream kind of color, but taxi drivers protested as it would steal the portuguese taxi identity, and would be harder to identify in traffic. so government decided to leave it as optional, allowing taxi drivers to keep using the old black/green scheme.

Buses is my thing I can probably try a few Portuguese themed buses for you if you like time permitting tho. Who are the major bus operators out there and I'll see what I can try.

from Portugal. small country, not many gamers and way few modders. and the few modders around concentrate on big games like gta.
at the moment only a Italian modder (crissgames if im not wrong) made some vehicles from portugal police, some planes with Portuguese airline TAP from other modders, there was an ambulance around somewhere also but cant find it anymore, maybe modder quit the game or something, or mod became incompatible and doesn't show on the list now.
I wish I had more info on how to mod the game, or else I would give it a try and make a collection of Portuguese vehicles, buses, old trams that are unique in the world and adapted for modern circulation, trains, metro, police, ambulances, fire department, taxis, some trucks with adverts from Portugal, and the rest is common in most countries (hearse, garbage truck, snowplows aren't a thing in Portugal so I can use anything really, boats, etc).

Tuga_Venatus i feel your pain about the PC, i wish i had a bigger spec and waaaay more ram. Cities really pushes the PC. I could make a model but then i would have to disable all mods all assets and then it will take 10 minutes to upload then restart the game then test the game then do the thumnails then upload to the workshop. Currently its like it takes me an hour per vehicle to upload :-(

shame my own country doesn't have enough modders to try out doing some vehicles or other assets for this game. some of the ones I have seen were made by foreigners, although they are very well done, but sure would love to have more.
when I get a better pc, I plan to get more of them and try to build a city divided by districts in a way that each district represent a world region, or even several countries. might be fun to see a district with uk vehicles, other with Portuguese, other with American, othe with german, etc.

sorry the late reply, been a bit absent from cities. really need a better pc to run it with all the mods and assets I want, but have to keep it low otherwise I cant even load it lol.
I will check those assets from sparky and try to make my city a bit more lively then.
im not british but live in London for almost 3 years now. even tho I still prefer to play with right-hand traffic, I do love to see my city with british traffic, as that's what im used to in the past years. :) and found some british style rhd vehicles for that.

Hi Tuga_Venatus thank you for your words. I was thinking the same too in regards to Royal Mail after i uploaded the vehicles. the penny dropped and i thought Parcelforce doesnt do my mail its a royal mail van and a postie :-o. Im currently doing a few Trucks and my next plan before a break was to do a mid sized royal mail truck and a van. I didnt want to do any vans as i didnt want to step on anyones toes but Sparky has a good transit connect and a Sprinter for royal mail and those are the ones i usually use.

thanks for this one. but would you be willing to do the vehicles into actual Royal Mail too, as parcel force is mostly a DHL/TNT/DPD kind of section while the true mail service is royal mail, not parcel force. could use parcel force from distribution center to mail office tho, but looks odd seeing Parcelforce distributing mail :P
