You use some image browser and just find which seems to be the one image fitting the placeholder in game. I have never found any list or guide or scheme.
I am using ametyst's spells and scroll icons myself and it works for me. But not sure if not as override. Also workshop has some strange behaviour in general. I would recommend try copy the files to NWNdir/override and see if it works.
But I don't intend to do it. It would be at one or two least hundred hours of work on something, which is already done in great quality. But if you wish to do so, I can assist you with testing and releasing.
Also I don't know why it should collide, I am not touching one of those spell icons with my work, so maybe if you do some testing and come up with what is the problem, I can try to address this. I cannot test it, as I do not experience any problem.
Thanks for comment tho
Hi, that's very good point. I cannot promise when I will look into the domains, but i will eventually.
Thanks for pointing this out.
plz colors for cleric's domains
Hi, I looked into the cinematics buttons, but it cannot be changed more, for the same texture is used by other buttons elsewhere, and it would borked those instead. I believe someone from Black Isle didn't expect anyone would be toying with those files, so he just reused it for basic black background.
Press on it effect is the golden dust everywhere in the button.
Thanks for input

Hi,
I will try the font, but before I will consider it in the package, I will try to use it for longer time period. To accept some changes, one has to get used to it first, so it stops being 'weird'.
Thanks for a tip.

It works preaty well with it, but you should be warned, you extract 4 files only into your override folder out of the 6 you can find in the zip;
- fnt_dialog.tga
- fnt_dialog.txi
- fnt_dialog16x16.tga
- fnt_dialog16x16.txi

Check the changelog to see the changes.
From reactions I gathered Hp bar should be remade, so I started from scratch, made background less intrusive and changed colour to bright white (as positive healing colour).
I hope this will be better to see and less confusing for you, players.
Hope to see some feedback, if I shall continue to experiment with it and fine-tune to even better state.
As for credit, I guess you refer to those 3+7 font files. It is in changelog, I say on those 10 files I am not sure where they came from, and that you can claim them, if you know they are yours.
I guess that's what you did in your post, so I made them my own as the rest, and deleted those I didn't know they came from.
So as for now (in 2.3), all files are 100% mine made from basic nwn files exported with nwnexplorer. That applies for all the rest of icon packages, with two exceptions, which are credited at relevant 'mod'.
But you are right, I should credit creators of nwnexplorer as tool I used.
As said I made first version some 10 years ago, compiled stuff I found on vault. Hp could have been from your pack, I don't really remember.
Red numbers was given to me by one czech player at the time.
For the rest, don't what colour you mean, but I just touched alpha mostly. I tried some blue and purple from vault, but didn't like it, black (with a bit of yellow) was the way to go for me.
The 'glitter' is effect I put there because I didn't want shapr edges of vanilla, but my friends refered to full transapency as confusing. So I made these soft edges.
I have never coloured spell and scroll icons, the rest I coloured on categories for easier orietation and how I felt it.
Aside from that, I should also say I also really love the red damage numbers so you get a big thumbs up from me on that in particular!
The spell icons were all colorized...twice. The first time with solid, themed colors, the second time with added variety based more on spell function than spell school.
I'm not surprised to see another transparent GUI after all these years, but I would have hoped this would have had some color differences from when I did it. Perhaps something other than grey/black for the windows, or a different way of coloring menu icons and the hitpoint bar.
If possible, you should credit original creators of things when you make variants of their work, especially if notable parts of it are unchanged from the original. Adding links in the descriptions that anyone can follow would be a nice touch.
Happy Holidays, all.

The blue hit point bar was made simply because I wanted a change that would a) not look like blood and b) would be different than the colors that get revealed behind it as you get damaged.
Originally in the NWN GUI, as the hit point bar decreased, there'd simply be blackness behind it. I added the green to red gradient so it would be a little more informative at a glance.
The red floating number text when dealing damage was just added for my own preference...damage equals blood and all that.
The opacity of the windows can be changed by editing the .tga files. The individual files aren't always the clearest on where they get used. It can be distracting at times, but I've always felt that being able to see more of the game during play was more important. This particular point was the biggest negative comment when I first posted the thing.
The glitter on the edge of the buttons is Cagus' thing. I eliminated borders on buttons when I made my transparent GUI.
No.
1) There is no text in mod save 'Cagus's alternative GUI'
2) I don't speak polish. (But I can make you czech version if it helps
Hi, thanks for reaction. I will address the colours of hp bar very soon, because two of you guys comment on it.
I may try to play with the 'glitter' a bit, maybe reducing brightness of the inner part.
Well, I am not planning on colouring the spells now, because I think that good ones are there already, e.g. of amethys dragon, but never say never, maybe I will get to it in the future. But it would be distant one.
2TeamLvL6:
What do you mean by deleting it? You can always unsubscribe, which reverse the changes back to vanilla. Also don't forget you can use other icon packages without using the main transparent GUI mod.
I think I'd like the windows to be a little more opaque. The current transparency would be perfect if the windows never overlayed but... I tried the character creator and the text in the background still managed to be pretty distracting.
Also not a huge fan of the messy "glitter" effects on the main menu buttons. The way highlighted save files look on the load menu is kind of bad tbh. Too bright, maybe.
Still though, excellent work, it's a keeper. I really really the look of all the colored icons from the other packs too. Any chance you'll find the time for spell icons? I know there's a lot of them but the stock ones look impossibly bland when they're right next to yours.
Hi, thank you for positive reaction.
I have chosen the blue colour , because it was not in the bar under (if you lose hp, other colours will appear instead, from green to red). But it is still work in progress and speant a lot of time tuning this specific bar, so I am really very OPEN to suggestions. If you have some, let me know and it is very possible next time you start the game this will be changed.
And about the screenshots. Just haven't time to upload some, I will do it asap.
(Though there are 2 little side notes to the author from my part.)
- Cagus, what made you feel the way that unlike in any other games, the health bar should be blue in NWN?
- I think you should upload a few screenshot from your mod, you have absolutely nothing to worry about, really nice job!
