Mostly did Hayes for the parallel with Grant.

@matriphijr Alt leaders are affixed onto the base civilization, meaning they always inherit all that civilization's unique traits, i.e. the Film Studio etc.

As a President, though he is seen as below average, he did a great job of restoring faith after Lincoln's assassination. I'm fine with him being here -- I just don't get why a Bomber and the Film Studio are attached to him. Why not a cavalry or melee unit (he was a Brigadier General in the Civil War), and some kind of building that gives a boost to Government, Civic, or Loyalty?

I was just talking to my friend about Civ6 and he was saying how he wishes the United States had Rutherford as a leader. Just seemed like Civ6 wasn't complete. ^S

you're already scraping at the bottom of the barrel with this guy and you still have beter men (and women if you include the unofficial president Edith Wilson)

His Leader Trait should be the "The Great Sell Out."

FDR would be a nice addition to your line of Presidents, give his trade routes to allies bonuses (Lend Lease) or perhaps bonus loyalty and production when someone declares war on him. Would also be cool if he had the unique unit Iowa-class Battleship, slightly weaker than it's contemporaries but has +1 movement range and is slightly cheaper to build.

Fantastic. I've been waiting for him to come back, too.

Norton for sure will see a return, but since he requires a bit more talent artistically Leugi will be doing his art.

Man, you've really been going at it with these American Presidents.

However, is it possible for you to do the American Emperor? And by that, I of course mean Emperor Norton?

I know you've already did him, but you took him down from the workshop (same with Washington), plus he could use a graphical update.

Man, you are on fire with US Presidents lately.
