i have an idea that i can help with.
There's a weird, inconsistent issue with the Addon Manager in L4D2 where enabling and disabling mods in a session can eventually break all mods. I've had it happen before when taking screenshots for characters going over the same Survivor(s). Keeping the mods I want enabled and restarting the game typically fixes the issue.
your Soldier Bill (rip Rick May) may have no textures or you don't have TF2 installed on your pc...
