(tried to edit the textures of the original playermodel but always says "File signature does not match "VTF" :steamsad:)

go to your gmod-garrysmod-addon file and find this addon file, then unpack it with gmad.exe (search google to find how) there is the material file

I cant make a new model, Only thing I know how to do is REtexturing.
btw there are ones made for PAC4 that I didn't uploaded to workshop. I might upload those later

do you mean the HUD icon?(the picture in playermodel selecter or NPC spawn menu)
I didnt edit that one so the icon is same as original one but the real model is retextured
