Having an issue where i cant change my cat's hair styles and they have the pink box around them. Not sure why though

@|dvh| Unfortunately don't get your hopes up. Multiple people including me has been mentioning the floor issue for a while now with no fix, the current workaround for the most part even if it's not perfect and has some minor issues is the advanced soil texture trick I mentioned in my comment before yours. Seems to allow modded floors and materials to be used again. Sounds stupid and pointless but it really works. Once again im super confused why a single missing texture causes all these terrain issues but here we are

@Darkmoonlight That's been a problem for quite some time now that multiple people have commented on. Weird it's still in even now since the fix is literally just copying and renaming a single texture file. To fix it yourself create a local copy of the mod, go into the mod folder/Textures/Terrain and copy OrassanSoil.png and rename the copy to OrassanAdvancedSoil.png. Will fix the issue next game restart. Why it's still a issue even now let alone a issue in the fix place is beyond my knowledge tho

Does this include the storyteller? (I'm interested in adding Officer Winters to an HSK modpack. They already have Orassans of some sort, but not the storyteller.)

Just gonna put out here that, for whatever reason, this mod has compatibility issues with Vanilla Furniture Expanded - Architect mod. It makes several floors unbuildable.

Orassans are still spawning without any weapons, so the poor cats are just getting slaughtered whenever caravans arrive when enemies on map, or they come to help via drop pods etc.

Noticing the same issue that @Razza mentioned regarding Orassans with no weapons, so the caravans are just melee fighting attackers.

The issue with the advanced soil file mentioned earlier seems to cause floors added by other mods to not appear. In my case, the ironwood and bamboo floors from Vegetable Garden were missing.

I've got the following error on startup "Could not load UnityEngine.Texture2D at Terrain/OrassanAdvancedSoil in any active mod or in base resources.".

It looks like the 1.3 update has the main Orassan's mod Pawnkinds_Orassans.xml (as opposed to previous versions that had significant differences).
It's referencing weapon and apparel defs like "OrassanRifle" which don't exist anywhere in the Lite version, so pawns are spawning without weapons for the most part (none have stock weapon tags except the governor pawn).

I'm running into an issue with catnip. When trying to make catnip joints the recipe to make them doesn't show up in my drug lab. However, I am still able to make them from a basic crafting spot. Is this intentional, or is perhaps one of my other mods messing with the recipes list?

Another unrelated question. I managed to get an Orassan trade caravan and noticed that one of them had a little bobtail instead of the typical long tail Orassans normally have. Is there any way to give that tail type to any of my own Orassan colonists or is it completely random? Reason I ask is one of my Orassan colonists is named Lynx and I thought it fitting that she should have a tail matching her name.

Not sure if it's a bug or a conflict with one of the other mods I have installed or even intentional, but regular animals, notably dogs and cats seem to really love drinking cat's eye berry juice to where they'll get addicted to it.

there is bug with caravan guards backstories, looks like they trying to find specific childhood backstory and catch an error, what forced them to generate random one. Its it is not felt in the SP, but makes desync in multilpeyer.
Do you know, how to fix this problem?

Could you please make Orassans appear as potential colonists when you make a new colony? Dunno why so many authors just make a new faction and call it a day.

Cats ears are not displayed when:
1. Dressed War veil
2. Wearing head armor
Also, when orrasan died, and skeleton remained, ears remain in fur.

This mod is perfect, getting some other furry mods like that ratkin one, and maybe the dragonian one (don't want to be limited to mammals, scalies, and featheries get representation too). Anyone know of good fish-people/bird-people mods? Was planning on using the Avali mod for the birds, but I don't know if those have a race-only version.

I plan to roleplay a 1d4-chan style xenophobic Angry Marines colony.

Any chance there can be a "lighter" version that gets rid of the crops, soil, animals, nerfs the OP stats, and stops them from spawning randomly outside of their faction?

Desiri have a ridiculous drive to hunt my colonists for food in the cold instead of leaving the map or eating other animal bodies. They've been consistently trying to hunt one of my Orassan colonists while Wargs, Bears, and Wolves have left me alone.
