Late but, RE: remove map particles

Try this:

sv_cheats 1
ent_fire info_particle_system kill
sv_cheats 0

Will kill all instances of the particle systems. If don't want to do that, try

ent_fire info_particle_system Stop

the ragdolls in the video? if those are what you are talking about those are just the default tf2 ragdolls not any addon on the workshop.
